Kingdom Builders International
KBI Church is a nonprofit, faith-based community corporation formed as a church to reach across denominational, racial, political and religious lines to train biblical principles, bring healing and restoration to people, and equip people for the work of the ministry in every sphere of society. This is done so people are empowered and equipped to perform the work God has purposed for them and reach their God-given destiny.

Power is given by scripture in 1 Peter 1: 3 which states: “By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.”
KBI Church shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes, all as contemplated and permitted by Holy scripture and Section 508(c)(1)(a) of the IRS code. KBI is operates as a religious Faith Based Organization (FBO), non-profit, tax-exempt organization of the Internal Revenue Code 508(c)(1)(a).
Dr. Charlene Allen, Sr. Pastor
Apostle Dr. Charlene Allen has been in ministry since 1988. She has worked in the local church as an assistant administrator, nursery staff, Sunday school teacher, Activities’ Coordinator, New Members’ Coordinator, Co-Director of Ministry, and Director of Missions. She has served as the state Director of Transformation Healing and Deliverance Ministry founded by Apostle Charlezetta Nixon, Washington State Prayer Coordinator for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), and is currently on the faculty of Rapha Deliverance University (RDU) founded by Bishop Dr. Jackie Green.

Apostle Dr. Allen founded her first ministry, W.I.S.D.O.M. Ministries, in 2001. W.I.S.D.O.M. Ministries is a faith-based non-profit charity corporation focused on serving the homeless, imprisoned, and those in need of social services. In 2021 Kingdom Builder International Church was founded as a training center to help build the body of Christ using the bible as its source document. She travels nationally and internationally doing mission’s work and sharing the gospel.
Apostle Dr. Allen has authored more than 20 books, booklets, and training manuals. Many of the tools used in AriZe School of Ministry have been used by Apostle Dr. Allen in churches and ministries nationally and internationally. Her desire is to see leaders healed and walking in the gifts God has placed in them.
Apostle Allen earned her undergraduate degree in Math/Computer Science from Delaware State University, a master’s degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in system design from Villanova University, and a Doctorate in Divinity with an emphasis on World Religion and Deliverance.
